Post op bra? Which one?

Any recommendation on post op bras? Are the macom worth the money? X

I haven’t had my surgery yet but someone on here recommend the Yianna post op bra, you can buy them on amazon and there only about £15. I’ve just ordered 2 my op in June, I’ve also ordered the M&S bra just in case I don’t get on with the Yianna bra.

I also have an M&S one but it’s to tight, buy a a size bigger in the back I bought a 32 because that’s what I am and although it will do up it’s painful on the incision sites. X

I lived in my M&S one, just make sure you go up a few band sizes. I’m a 30 and ended up in a 34 for most of the time!

are the yianna bras true to size?

I got the yianna too… they were comfortable but supportive. I’m a 34 back and got a medium from amazon. Can’t recommend them enough for the first two weeks post surgery and don’t cost an arm and a leg! The size charts on amazon will show you which to get x

I recommend the Mya ones. There not that expensive when u get 2 in a pack. I wore mine every day and and I am now 8 weeks weeks po and I still wear it every night to sleep in. They have a foamy band round bottom so soft on your skin. I also brought the macom and the m&s and didn’t wear them x
