I’m having trouble deciding myself. Wanted to get the Asda and Yianna new but both are out of stock in my size! Unsure which to get out of the MYA and Macom 🙁 x

I had Yianna and Asda, preferred the Yianna as it had less padding in it. The Asda seem to have a lot and your boobs are already swollen and its hard to wear clothes over as they look so huge! The Yianna is fab, if it comes back in stock before your surgery definitely grab one! I was never uncomfortable, as I’ve read others put. I had an uplift with implants and the Yianna supported brilliantly. I am 5 weeks post op now, and wearing a Marks and Spencer high impact sports bra, I wouldn’t recommend this for your first three weeks of healing as I think it would irritate your incisions. Plus, they sit really tight, so it would have been really uncomfortable whilst still swollen. Hope this helps a bit!! x

My surgeon said to get any sports bra that fastened up the front… I don’t think getting the Yianna made any difference to my recovery… if anything I was really comfortable and my incisions were never sore or itchy… and I had a full anchor lift! I honestly think I had a better recovery because of that bra.. but maybe I was just lucky pain wise and soreness etc haha… I would get the Yianna if they are in stock, they do black and beige! Are you booked in? Who is your surgeon? x
