Post op bra’s?!

Hey girls!

I’m nearly 4 weeks post op and I used the yianna bra for the first few days but found it really uncomfortable and not very supportive. Since I’ve been using just a plain sports bra from primark which my nurse said was fine but I’m worried it’s jot supportive enough!!

Does anyone have any recommendations like Asda and M&S? Photos of the bras would be fab so I know which ones to pick up! 🙂

Hey I brought this one from M&S, it’s very supportive but they still recommend the “Mya” bra above everything else. I’ll upload a picture now

Thanks Donna! Heard a lot of good things about the M&S ones! Wasn’t sure about the mya ones only because they’re quite expensive and I’ll be able to wear proper bras in two weeks!
