    Hi guys, so after the very emotional journey it’s done! I had 375cc unders 8th March!! Please tell me when the pain begins to go?! Today (day 3) has been much worse and painful than yesterday! I keep experiencing a tingling, spasm in my right boob and literally feel like I’m gonna just rip open! Is this normal??

    Day 4 was a real turning point for me! It was a big overnight change from day 3 to day 4. It will get better and just keep thinking of how amazing the final result will be!

    I had unders 7th March and today the pain is so much better! Day 2 and 3 were worst for me but I had no pain killers overnight last night and just 2 paracetamol when I woke up this morning and pain is absolutely fine!

    It seems even worse today, sitting down and getting up, raising my voice, it just sets it off instantly! Should I be experiencing this much pain?

    I was in quite a lot of pain yesterday the only time it eased off was sat up straight and just try and relax your shoulders arms and chest as much as you can! Keep on top of your painkillers as well

    I’m post op day 4 now and just starting to feel better. I found sitting up was really difficult. I also found walking made it difficult to breathe and stand straight. But I’m sure it will only improve now xxx

    Hi Olivia!

    I had the exact same as you on the same day..

    I feel so so fed up. I can’t sit up on my own, when I breathe it hurts and when I manage to stand up it feels like my boobs are going to rip out of my chest so you aren’t on your own!

    I’ve found ice packs really soothe the muscle pain, my friend had her BA done with another company and her Dr told her to take ARNICA tablets, they are really helping me too! You get them from Holland and Barrett.. they are tiny little tablets which relieves muscular swelling, bruising and aching.

    I’m coping well with the pain as I’m only relying on painkillers on a morning and before bed. It’s the heaviness of the boobs that I’m really struggling with!

    Sending lots of love with your recovery!x

    Hey! I had my op on the 7th and I feel exactly the same! Wondering when I’m going to start feeling better!
    My chest feels so tight and certain movements feel like I’m going to rip the incision open and I’m stinging under my boobs quite a lot. I’m struggling to stand up straight aswell. Didn’t realise it would be this bad and haven’t seen many people post about their post op pain but I’m glad I’m not the only one!
    Hope you feel better soon xx

    It makes the experience so much easier knowing I can openly talk and ask questions on here! For the minute I’m ok, I’ve managed to go out for a walk and even fell asleep earlier unexpectedly which was nice!

    @Charlie
    I’m going to looking into those tablets right now – thank you!!

    @liv96, I had unders nearly 4 weeks ago now and I felt terrible until around 2 weeks. My shoulders were super tensed. I was literally taking muscle relaxers and panadol every 4 hours on the clock. I also took arnica tablets from the start of the opp too. Who knows if they helped but I popped them 4x a day lol. It does get better as everyone says but truthfully I didn’t see any light at the end the way I was feeling. So I feel yoir pain and I hope you speed up soon with your recovery xx
