    Hi 🙂

I’m booked in for surgery on the 5th December – just wondering if at 3 weeks you are able to take the sports bra off for a few hours in the evening?

I have a few Christmas parties (if I’m up to it) and don’t want to be wearing my sports bra if possible x

No I don’t think that would be a good idea, and I don’t think you’d feel comfortable anyway. I’ve found some party tops that conceal my sports bra 🙂

Maybe try an M&S bra, they have some great supportive ones which are more forgiving in style than a sports bra? or even just a soft tshirt bra? I think if you want the healing process to be as best as possible i wouldnt go braless before 6 weeks
