Post opp bras and sports bras help

I am currently wearing m&s high impact sports bra but it’s rubbing onto my insitions. Saw some normal looking post opp bras (not sports bra) in there are you aloud to were them at 8dpo because they just look like a normal bra??? But do say post opp on them?

have you tried placing some sort of padding at the band? a wad of cotton pads? I’ve heard great things about M&S and have got one for myself for January. The compression is very important at the beginning.
