Post surgery swelling

Hi I had my op on Tuesday, my left boob seems to have settled well and swelling has significantly reduced but right side is still swollen, painful and double the size, this is the side which is bruised though , this normal? X

I’m still having problems with my right side 4weeks on,don’t think it gets as much rest. X
