PRE OP!!

I’m booked in for surgery (not with mya) on Monday 24 August but I’m yet to have a pre op date! I spoke to someone at the clinic a couple of days ago, she said she was sorting it and not to worry it’ll be done in time. But today I’ve tried calling and the clinic is closed. Getting nervous now that I won’t be able to have my surgery on the 24th! When is the latest a pre op can be done?
