Pre Op Consultation – Help?

Hi girls,

Just wondering what happens during your pre-op consultation?

Do they take bloods/swabs?

Are they diligent or not so much?

Hiya, they literally go through a medical form asking for any previous surgery or illness you had, and check your weight and heigh, it took around 20 mins Cx

What Megan said, they do take bloods and swabs too and take your before pictures xx

I had mine today, they took bloods, blood pressure, temperature and weight & before and after pics – took around half hour ? xx

Didn’t take any bloods or swabs at mine, did height, weight, blood pressure and lots of questions x

Thank ladies, I had mine today and they just asked questions! No bloods or swans as I don’t work in healthcare so no risk of MRSA. They also didn’t do my height or weight – was so easy and Jayne at Manchester was lovely – Op booked for 11th december
