Pressure on cleavage area ?

There seems to be a lot of pressure on the inside of my breasts near the cleavage area, seems to be an empty space when I press it but filled with a lot of pressure, I’m worried the implants are going to pop through the skin into the middle, has anyone else’s felt like this early on?

I was like this for the first 2-3 days. It appears to have gone now 🙂
