Question for post op girls…

When did your nipples go down!? Mine have been standing to attention ever since op, even through a few layers of clothes they’re noticeable. I changed into an m&s high impact bra today for the school run as they’re quite thick, but even with that on and a top over, you could see them.
The nurse told me that they should go back down eventually, so I just wondered when everyone else’s did?

Hi Hun. I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and mine have now returned to near enough as they were before.
I do know that some other ladies that I have seen or spoken to said that theirs didn’t go back down until after 6 weeks.
Have you tried wearing a bra and then putting the sports bra over the top just for little trips like the school run? Xx

I’m going to try cotton pads over my nipples until they go down i think. It’s nice to know that others have had the same issue but did eventually go down! Thank you xxx

Hi girls I’m just over 2 weeks post op and I’m still really sore in the mornings mainly under my arms and the side of my boobs , I still find it difficult to pull myself up out of bed without rolling to my side and swinging my legs to get myself up. I just wondered how you are both feeling as your a little bit further on than me , I feel like I will always have this pain now xx

Mine went down after the 6 week mark I think I put cotton pads in over my nips in my bra till they went down xxx
