    Hi ladies!
I am new to this forum.. I had my first breast augmentation 10 years ago with transform when I was 21.. I went from a 34B to a 34E with high profile overs 380cc and I have absolutely loved them ever since.
This year I became a mum first time and I was so happy I was able to exclusively breast feed my daughter for 4 months, however with milk comes massive boobs… they went to a size 34G haha I have now stopped breast feeding and although my breasts still look fine they don’t look like they did 10 years ago! I’m guessing because of how much they grew! Im just looking for ladies who have a similar story to me or who have had kids and breast fed! I’m pretty sure I will be able to go much bigger to fill them back out again but I’m slightly concerned they will be huge on my frame I am a size 10. Any ladies who have had large implants or a reaugmentation I would love to hear from you!
I am currently in the research phase so yet to even pick a company unsure whether to return to transform or go elsewhere as lots has changed over the past 10 years.. not even sure what my current implants are made from!

    Thank you
    Amy xxxx

    Hi Amy,
I sound the same as you. I have 400cc had had them done 10 years ago and 2 children later, and cc which has not bothered me as slightly hard, I have decided the old ones need to come out and new ones replaced.
I’m also not with Mya and have rebooked with the same company I used before.
My surgeon recommended 500-550cc for me, but after reading this forum people are saying theirs not a huge difference, so I’m slightly worried now.
I just want to have them fuller again, and one cup size bigger. Surgeon said 550cc should take me just under a cup size bigger.
Next sice was 625cc but that sounds too big !
    I’m size 8-10 5ft 4 and weigh 8 stone 5
    Such a decision

    Hi Julie!
I have yet to have my consultation I am worried they may suggest an uplift but I feel that’s me being paranoid as they haven’t really dropped at all I’m just assuming they may say that? Did they suggest an uplift to you or did they say they were fine because obviously 10 years later they aren’t as high as they used to be I will try insert a pic of them how they are now tell me what you think??.
So have you booked your surgery yet? Are you leaning more towards bigger?? X

Hi, I was fearing exactly the same about an uplift. I really don’t want to go through that and don’t want the scaring.
When I first went about my cc few years back they said I would need an up lift. My cc wasn’t too bad so I left it.
But my up to date consultation I had a different doc and he said I would be fine so long as I don’t go too big.
I’m booked in on the 29th of this month and think I’m going for 550, I’m currently 400.
My boobs look exactly like yours, just yours that little fuller.
    Hope that helps

Actually I think yours look good after 10 years. Do you feel you need them doing again, as they still look full of volume.

I can feel and see slight rippling at the top Julie where they have dropped, it’s getting me down, that picture you can’t really see and in a bra they look fine but without I can see it visibly. I think it’s where my natural boobs have dropped below the implant if that makes sense? X

Yes I understand. I have rippling at the side of mine and they are like cow udders when I bend down????
Let me know if you go for a consultation and how you get on x

Hi. I havent had my op yet, i finished breastfeeding my second in May so have to wait till November. 🙁
I just wanted to say that in the 6months oe so after stopping feeding you do often regain some of the fullness and volume of your breasts. Breast tissue shrinks to make way for the milk ducts/glands etc and also the skin will regain so of its elasticity
I was devastated by my breasts after feeding my first but within a year they were almost back to normal (just slightly lower) now after second they are worse again but 3 months and they have regained at least some of the upper pole volume x

Also i have been advised 400 mod+ overs and worried about the sagging etc, if mine look like yours after 10 years and breastfeeding I will be a happy lady!! Xxx

Oh gosh you sound the sane as me! I had mine done 10 years ago and breast fed my daughter forv2 years…now I’m looking to have them redone. Although they look ok they just don’t feel as full. I’ve got consultation with Mr moniur early Sept so shall see what he says. Ideally I’d like to go up a couple of sizes..am currently dd/e

Bonny and mya have either of you had an uplift suggested that’s the only thing I’m worrying about. Is the risk for sagging higher if we go much bigger?xx

No i haven’t had a lift suggested. I wasn’t sure if he would as he asked about how I would feel about a lift before looking at my breasts (i said I wouldn’t want that just incase I decide on more babies) but he said i didnt need one anyway. X

My coordinator said she didn’t think I needed an uplift and it’s not something I’m interested in having as I scar really badly. She said that some of the surgeons automatically say they want to do an uplift!

Wow Tracey they are amazing!!!! Bet your so happy with them! Im feeling nervous about going through it all and feel some feelings of guilt doing it when I have a new baby but I do feel my condifence with my boobs has been knocked with seeing the rippling. Was the recovery after second ba the same or was it a bit easier?? I’m still on maternity leave so be good I don’t have to take any time off work! X

Hi, Thank you, I’m so pleased with my results. i was in a lot of pain following my first BA. it took about 3 weeks for me to be able to do anything.
Second time round was a dream. I had my op about 1pm, at 6 pm I was sat in the hotel restaurant eating a steak with my husband. I felt little pain. And was up and about doing housework etc straight away. I had no one around to help me after 5 days post op as hubby went back abroad to his job x x x

Wow that’s amazing I’m really hoping for the same recovery as I don’t want to struggle too much with the baby! So what other options of implant size were you offered? I’m really not sure how big I want to go!! Is there much difference in the 400cc I have now and say 600? X

I went in to see the Dr thinking 600, 650, but when speaking to him he said I would not really feel that I had changed size. I was offered 700 750 800
