Recovery

Hi! My op is booked. After my op I will have 3 days where I will have guaranteed support for childcare with my little one and then after that it’ll be as and when I can have extra help. Any experiences of what you could do 3 days post op?! My implants will also be going under the muscle. Thankyou! X

Hiya Charlotte, it’s actually shocking how different everyone is at different stages in their recovery, some girls are able to go out and do things at 4days po and some girls are still in a lot of pain. I personally really struggled until about day 6 which is when I was managing to get myself dressed and things (I had 300HP unders) . Be sure to rest as much as possible for those 3 days and ask around if there’s any chance you could get someone in the pipe line just incase you need help maybe? Xx
