I went back 10dpo. I had unders. Honestly after day 4 you’re fine. I stopped taking any painkillers and I went back to work a day early (was meant to go back at 11dpo where i booked a extra day of leave off) but I was SOOOOO bored at home I had to get back to work to have people to talk to hahaha. I was able to shave my armpits myself and go out and get my nails done and my hair washed at hair dressers on day 5. I was really emotional days 3 and 4 so i’d recommendation lining up a few visitors as there’s only so much Netflix you can watch in a week x

    * I meant I stopped painkillers on day 5. Also should add my op was a Friday so I went back the next Monday, that’s why it was 10days could have gone back at a week though (offixce work in london). Chest just ached a bit from walking to and from train station where i’d been relaxed ALL day at work then my muscles tightened over my implants when walking
