Red patches from sun??

Hi, I just wondered if any one else has experienced something similar. I’ve been sat out in the sun today with a bikini on and my boobs were totally covered by my bikini but when I took it off a few hours ago I had these red patches on the bottom half of my boobs I thought this was maybe just the implants being hot and making my skin patchy but hours later I just checked and the red patches are still slightly there and now I’m worried. Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal?
