    Oh wow that sucks, what clinic do you go too cause everyone I’ve dealt with has been so helpful. I’m pretty sure the cooling off period is 14 days to get a full refund xxx

    Birmingham Hun, they were all so helpful before I made any payment my pc would text me all the time.. I’ve text her about 5 times maybe more to ask about seeing my surgeon again or If she can at least contact him for me regarding something and she’s only text me back once in 2 and a half weeks and didn’t answer my question lol…
    I just rang mya directly and the girl on the desk didn’t know about refunds etc and she said my pc isn’t in clinic today and there was only one pc working and she was too busy to speak… xx

    @jay93x Hey Jessica,
    I feel bad for you!
    I’m at Birmingham Clinic as well and had to have a refund as I gave the deposit to MYA rather than the Finance Company (oopsy Daisy) but they worked with me really quickly only thing I had to wait on was the money processing into my account.
    Who was your PC? Maybe ring the main office again and give her your number and they should give you a call back? Mine was Leanne xx

    Once you pay there customer service is terrrible, never heard off anyone after I made payment, I had to ring for my own admission time, nurse appointments and 6 weeks check with surgeon, never heard from anyone in between or since, hope you get sorted xx

    Hi daisy, my pc is Natalie she’s head PC in Birmingham, I rang the clinic today and they weren’t great use either said the pc working was too busy too speak to me so they’d email my pc for me, so I just said I wanted a refund and I’d go else where with a better service once I said that about an hour later my pc text me and answered my question!! It’s just annoying cus it’s a life changing operation and they make out they’re full of support for you etc. Xxx

    Babylou I agree Hun, since I’ve paid I’ve had no contact whatsoever it’s actually terrible, I read bad reviews on here and thought no ppl exaggerate but nooo they don’t I’m having the same problems xxx

    So I have paid a deposit to secure a date in April for breast implants! I don’t actually see the surgeon until a month’s time. (Soonest date available) Does anybody know if I were to see him then change my mind or he suggests I need an up lift. Which I don’t want. What would happen to my deposit? Iv been told I will receive a full refund but looking through the policy I’m starting to worry!!! It will be after 14 days!! And I was told a full refund yet it states £100 charge would apply!?! X

    I think you get the refund but may still lose £100. I guess that’s just a risk you take when you secure a date without meeting the surgeon first x

    Hi Emily, I was asked by my PC if I was happy with the surgeon I’d seen after my consultation or if id like to see another. I was happy so I didn’t, but if your not just ask for a consultation with a different surgeon. It has to be right for you.

    I was at Birmingham and had natalie as my PC, but I have to say ibhad a different experience to other ladies on here. She replied to my messages, and I was told 2 days before my op the time of admission. After my op the nurse contacted me 2 days later when I was home to see if I was OK and Natalie contacted a day or two later to see how I was, I was the contacted to remind me of my follow up 10 appointment. So I only have good things to say, it’s a shame it doesn’t appear to be the same for everyone, but I can honestly say I was happy with them.

    No two peoples experiences are going to be the same, and unfortunately mine hasn’t been great as too yet.

    I didn’t need a refund but I had questions and no one answered me so I just ended up travelling 60 miles and walking in on the day and asked to speak to the manager. I got dealt with pretty quickly actually and currently going through a complaint. My insta is bajourney_sophd if you have any questions x

    Maybe try calling their head office as it is a financial issue you need advice about and you are on a timeline

    A cooling off period is not much use to anybody if you cant get to speak to anybody within the cancellation timeframe xxx
