Hi Hun, my pc told me it would take 22 days (I think that’s right) to get a refund but I would lose £100, that was for the £1,000 deposit before seeing the surgeon x
I had my surgeon consultation and then left it about a week & then called up booked my surgery date for April and put down 1000 pounds I was gonna pay in full but something inside told me not too lol.
And now I’m so unhappy with the service I want my money back and want to go else where! Xx

I almost did the same in booking my date and putting 1000 deposit down and it’s lucky I didn’t, he told me he wouldn’t give me implants! Was mortified 🙁 xx
Everything with my surgeon I’m happy with it, it’s the mya service I’m not happy with, my pc didn’t reply to me for 2 weeks and i text her a good few times I had to ring up and complain and say I was going else where to get my pc to contact me, and it’s the easiest thing ever she needs to do for me. So much for them being there for you for the whole journey lol! What surgeon did you see Hun?

Have you got to pay the £1000 deposit before you see the surgeon? I had a consultation a few years ago and found them very pushy for me to go with them x
Hey fearne, no Hun i said tho on my first consultation I didn’t want to pay anything before seeing a surgeon, and my pc was like that’s fine you can secure a date by payin 1000 before your surgeon sees you or just wait til after and I said I wanted to go through everything with him first before I put any money down xx
