Hi all, I need some advice please. I’ve been unhappy with the size of my boobs and although my partner doesn’t want me to change, it’s not for anyone else but myself (he doesn’t seem to understand that part) it gets me down massively and I’m looking to get a BA. I’ve been thinking about it for almost 5 years (I am 26 years old) I work full time and have a busy scheduele outside of work studying toward studying being a chartered accountant. My life Is pretty hectic and I am moving house in the next 2 months. My question is how did everyone chose their surgeon through MYA.I know a few people personally who have had their boobs done (not through MYA) so have their opinion so but wanted a wider range. Any pros/cons and all advice welcome please including stories of the healing process and time and how people found the costs compared to other clinics. For me cost is not the driver, but I’m not rich ☺️ And want a decent boob job.

Hi Kathryn I would really recommend mya. From my research I would say they’re quite standard price wise. Maybe a little more than some lesser known clinics but for me they were well worth every penny. I had a fantastic experience with mya from day one. Excelllent before and aftercare and the op day was seriously stress free. The staff, especially on op day, I found to be the most calming supportive people. You don’t need to worry about choosing a surgeon, when you meet your patient coordinator at your initial consultation they will discuss with you sizing, look etc. You can show her photos of what you hope to achieve and from that information she will match you to a surgeon or two and show you some of their work. You can then arrange to meet a surgeon or more than one, and research them yourself on here and online. I understand how you feel about your boyfriend but I think it’s quite nice that at least he loves you for you and isn’t just excited you want new boobs. Often it’s also to do with fear your gonna go and catch yourself a new man lol. Just reassure him it’s for u and no one else. Your not suddenly gonna quit your studies and become a glamour model lol. Your operation can be months away from your first consultation and you don’t need to rush into anything at all. I would definitely say to have the consultation it’s free and no pressure. Just good to get an initial idea of costing etc. Good luck with your journey. And your home move x
