revision rhinoplasty

Hi i was wondering who the best dr is for revision rhinoplasty and whether MYA would let me have it with them as my first op was with dr frati but i went private not through MYA as they didnt have the dates i was able to do the OP. I love my nose but its twisted and collapsed from the right side. My side profiles are fab its just that revision needs to be done. Would MYA let me go through then even though i went privately with dr frati :-/ help
