Rhinoplasty price change with more work dr gonschior

Hi, I had a consultation with dr gonschior a few months ago but I’m still in the process of saving! I’m pretty sure he is the person whose right for me! However when I went for my consultation I got a price for just my bump being removed as I don’t
mind the front of my nose just hate the side with a passion! However since the consultation I kind of think I may aswell get the tip changed like uplifted as it droops slightly, does anybody know if getting your tip changed drastically increases the price? And will I need open rhinoplasty because with the bump being removed he said he could do it closed. Also any photos of anyone whose had work done with dr gonschior would be amazing! Thanks! X

Yeah I had open rhino with Dr gonschoir and it does alter the cost as it’s more invasive and more work. If you add me I have a few pics up
