Rice sizers? – confused!!!!

I had my consultation with the surgeon today (not MYA) and he’s told me to try the rice sizers to see what size I feel happy with.
He’s told me the range of cc’s I can have, so have got everything ready!
Just confused on measuring the rice?!!!!
Is 300ml in a measuring jug equivalent to 300cc and 250ml equivalent to 250cc and so on?
May be a stupid question!!!!

Yes thats right! Ml is the same as cc. You can use oats too x x

It’s correct but I’ve heard they come out slightly bigger because rice is bulky and sits differently. It’s harder to make it into the implant shape so can often have more projection?? 100% worth doing though.
