I’ve read so many posts where generally the surgeon chooses the best size and patients aren’t quite sure. I know they go for what they think best but I just want to get an idea of what size and look I want before a consultation as seems so many options! so I can comment rather than saying “erm i don’t know what i want” ..then get a look I don’t want.

I’ve just tried ricetest.com – rice test dot com – in case websites don’t show! And seems 2 cups of rice/oats are equivalent to a 450-475 cc which seems perfect for my frame (just put it in tights and wore in a sports bra -I’m a pear-shaped size 10 on top, 12 on the bottom. I wear a 34 B Cup but think i should be a 32, i like it looser! 😀 I’m just wondering if i state the 450cc size they may think its too big? :/ 1 cup is equiv to 245-250cc and too small for me, my padded bras come up larger! I’m also wondering if I mention the rice test they may laugh lol!

Anyone else done the rice test or going to give it a go? x x

400g of rice is equalivalent to 400cc so that’s the best way to measure them out. I found them quite accurate if a bit weird and all you can smell is the rice!! I would say they feel heavier than the implants do – I can’t feel the weight of mine at all and I had 350cc, so don’t be put off by that.
