    Hi girls,

So I’m very new to this only had my PC on Monday. Unsure of what is best for me. I want to have natural looking but also noticeable boobs! I’m a slim 19year old 7st 10lbs and a 32A. I am unsure of what shape implant and size would be best to achieve my desired look. PLEASE HELP! Also I have had Dr Mounir recommended for me!!

    Hey Abbie,

What’s your desired look? Lots of girls want upper pole fullness (seeing the curve at the top of your boob) so choose round.
I personally didn’t want this because my aim is to look at natural as possible, and I’m too flat for my own tissue to help give me that slope over the top of an implant, so really it depends whether you a) have enough tissue to soften the look of a round implant and b) want to go under the muscle.

I’m really happy my surgeon offered me teardrops as I knew they were less popular due to the risk of flipping, but they were what I went in hoping for. She’s giving me textured overs to reduce the chance of this movement but of course then there’s still the risk of ALCL xx

Hi Abbie, I’m super petite (Although I’m 5ft6 I was only a 32AA and a size 4/6). I went into my initial consultation thinking I wanted teardrops because I wanted them to look as natural as possible and my surgeon advised me that because I was so petite it would be very hard to create anything very noticeable with a teardrop. He said due to my petite ness he would only be able to fit in a small implant and so the way to create some volume was with a round implant rather than a teardrop. He showed me lots of examples of where he had used round implants on petite frames and they looked really natural so that’s what I went for.

In order to look more natural and because of my lack of breast tissue he did however have to put them under the muscle xx

Abbie, if you don’t have much breast tissue, they can do round under the muscle or dual plane so the top edge of the implant isn’t noticable. With gravity and time the round will still drop down slightly to give a natural look. I am going for round dual plane as I want fullness at the top and don’t want my volume down low where i feel they would risk me looking heavy.

I was a small 32A and got round 350cc indeed, I don’t think they look fake at all and people keep pointing out how natural they look

I was 32AA/flat as you can get, they told me if i had teardrops you’d almost be able to see the outline of the implant because theres so little tissue, in the end had 300cc HP unders (measure 32D) and i think they look super natural xxx
