    Feeling really deflated 🙁
So I had a BA with MYA 5 years ago, was a A/B cup and had 340cc which has taken me to a full C, but I want to go larger.

Had my consult with Dr.Frati today and he suggested 400 in one, and 450 in the other (my left boob is only slightly bigger, and nothing that concerns me as naturally you always tend to have one).

When I said I was looking more towards 500cc, he mentioned about sagging? … he didn’t believe me when I said I had 340cc already, as he thought they seemed smaller, but he checked the paperwork and confirmed I did. Which is why 400cc isn’t enough of a boost to warrant going through it all again, and probably not for a lot of size difference.
I’ve messaged my PC on the way home, and apparently every surgeon has to say about possible sagging regardless of size of implant. Did any of you girls get told the same?

Sorry for the long message just so confused now. I won’t have the surgery based on only 400cc, but I also don’t want to go for 500 and have saggy boobs?! HELP :'( x

I got warned about sagging and i had 455cc chick. Maybe its just protocol for people having larger implants to be told. More weight more chance of sagging xxx

Maybe consider seeing another surgeon at mya for another opinion? I agree I wouldn’t want to go 340 to 400 as there isn’t much difference in size xx

I got told the same about my 500ccs and above when I was choosing. Between them they weigh a kilogram, I wanted overs but now I can feel how they are I’m glad he did unders. He also told me it’s less of a risk of sagging with unders as the muscle keeps them in place. I’m expecting to have to have a lift in a few years anyway though xx

Hi Hun I have 600cc with dr traynor my first ba aswell 13 weeks ago and he mentioned sagging to me told me to help prevent it to keep my sports bra on for bed but your pc is right they have to mention it and it’s gonna happen anyways with the gravity xxx

I always think of this when people say ‘go as big as you can, you won’t regret it’, when actually the bigger you go, the more the sag and also the higher the risk of bottoming out, and double bubble as they have to adjust the crease!

    Maybe bigger isn’t always better….

If u decide to go bigger ans ur allowed to, be prepared to sleep in ur sport bra. I slept in mine til six months post as I was scared of sagging. I had unders and only 325cc but was concerned.

My surgeon said becasue I had unders I don’t need to sleep with a sports bra/Crop top but it’s important to know that an implant is a weight. It’ll gradually drop over time

@sophiex26x I think it will come down to the reason you want them re done Hun. 1) do you just want them bigger? Or 2) have they changed appearance and you want them re done for that?

If it’s the 1st reason then maybe 110cc difference isn’t worth the money.

However If it’s the 2nd then maybe 450 would be great.. you’d get fullness back and your boobs will look amazing again. Therefore confidence boost!

    🙂 xx

Its protocol for surgeons to tell you this above a certain weight. I was told this and the risk of sagging but I thought it was just me (i was in tears) but my pc said it has to be said to everyone. I wouldn’t worry too much all breast, implants or not will eventually sag its life & gravity, one of those inevitable things. Anything ‘could’ happen but it also may not be as severe as you think xx

Yeah it’s feels quite personal when they mention sagging haha …. honestly the 340cc don’t look that big on me and even he must have thought that by not believing what I already had in there.
My PC did say it has to be mentioned to everyone, and now hearing from all you girls has made me feel a bit better … but I feel like I’ve left with more questions, then what I did going in there. I’ve only got 4 weeks until my op is booked, and I feel so anxious now … just been left with a “?” as too what size I’m having … think I need another consult with him. 2 hour journey though haha. Xx
