Bit of a stupid question! Anyone who has had surgery gone to a DD+ E obviously the implants used will be bigger, is there more risk of the breast dropping quicker because of the weight? Or does it also depend on the natural breast tissue. And would this mean an uplift may be needed in the future the bigger you go if it was just a BA? So sorry if that sounds stupid just didn’t know whether I would need to consider this if I was to go bigger xx

Hi. My first consultation I got told I needed a full anchor lift. Second surgeon said I’d get away with just implants and did advise me the bigger I went the earlier they would sag. after 2 kids that’s what happened to mine so didn’t want to risk a bigger implant. Decided on 275cc no lift. I am petite but didn’t want to go any bigger just incase they sagged sooner. had grade 2 ptosis. Was a deflated 32c/b and now measuring an e.

The bigger the implant the heavier the implant which means if you have breast tissue to start with they will sag alot quicker if your offered the lift i would take it x
