Saline or silicone?

Which implants are better / more recommended.. saline or silicone? I’m edging towards silicone however want to hear what others think first! Xxx

Silicone for sure. Since I read all about it I have forgotten the pros and cons but I know silicone are definitely the recommended. Sorry for the awful response I didn’t want to make up facts I couldn’t remember, but I can assure you that when I made the decision it was informed ? x

I went with silicone as well. I felt more confident In silicone and wanted to minimise the chances of rippling xx
