Scars so sore – post 3 weeks

Hi all

My scars are so sore to the point of any bra hurts them…..is this just healing? Can I put any cream on to numb?
Plus….I’ve been wearing soft yoga bras as anything else rubs too much is this bad? Xxx

Im just over 3wpo and mine are very sore too its not boob pain just the incisions. I was told by my PC not to put anything at all on them for 6 weeks! I do believe it’s the skin healing inside. If there pain is unbearable contact your pc for advice. Try not to worry though xxx
