Scars sore to touch???

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks post op today and just recently my scars have been hurting feeling quite bruised and sore to touch, my left one more than the other. As I know I am still healing but my scars look absolutely fine and really neat from the outside but sore from the inside? Just wondered if anyone has experienced this, I’m hoping it’s normal and it just means I’m healing well from the inside too??‍♀️

I’m 10 weeks post op and my scars have been healed since week 4 but mine are also still tender when touched. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
