I am 6 months post op and found that my scars have not faded. They are very dark almost look black in some lighting and just a mess. Anyone else had this issue? Is it normal? I was told that there are some absorbable sutures you can’t use on the skin as they can tattoo the skin. My sutures were black absorbable. I’m beginning to think the surgeon made an error.
