Sex post op

Apologies for asking such a direct question, but in the interest of health and safety… how long until you were able to have sex comfortably after your op?

Haha safety first! Well there’s many variables on this, but I think I left it till five weeks. How far post op are you? Xx

I haven’t had my op yet but just thinking in advance. 8 weeks!! Wow, I didn’t realise that it would probably be a good few weeks xx

I was thinking the same thing the they day! 8 weeks !! I won’t tell hubby that till after haha

I actually asked my surgeon this question before the op and he said it’s up you as long as your careful you be fine x

Probably sounds strange now but being post of myself I don’t think it will even cross your mind for a good week or so lol xx

Me and my hubby had sex just under 2 weeks post op, you will be fine to have sex just not ‘bouncy sex lol xx

As long as you be careful you’ll be fine, just let him do the work and try not to get your blood pumping too much, raising your blood pressure can’t be good for recovery XD xxx

2 weeks ! And still didn’t feel ok I couldn’t put my hands down and hold my weight xxx

Thanks girls, I know it’s really personal but seems important considering exercise guidance is 4-6 was. Xx

Haha and of course sex is a form of a workout for some 🙂

7 days post op. Had 400cc unders. We took it gently and it was all good ☺️ Didn’t felt any discomfort, did kept my height impact bra on tho just to prevent them from jumping/ moving too much lol and kept my man hands of them hahaa also I believe it was good for me to be up as u can stay in comfy position for ur boobs and regulate any movements,speed depending on your own comfort… safety for boobs come first ???? x
