Hey all,

So I’m a few days over 3 months post op. Had 350cc hp under the muscle implants.

They look great (if I do say so myself) 🙂 Thought I’d do a more intimate update cause it’s things I was always looking for during early recovery.

So the Dr did say not to have sex for at least 4 weeks … Well we lasted 4 days! Oopsy! The bra stayed on & I didn’t take a hugely active role to avoid the boobs shaking around. I was worried afterwards that I’d done something stupid & if something went wrong it was all my fault but thankfully everything seems fine, phew. The boyfriend wasn’t supportive with the surgery. He couldn’t understand why I wanted it when he liked me as I was so made having my boobs out and in his face a bit awkward. The surgery was only for my own happiness, something I desperately wanted for 15+ years so I’ve just had to keep repeating to him that I’ve not done this to be attractive to other men etc. He’s had a good handful of them since so thinking he’s come around 😉 Sex is still a little bit of an issue for me because I’ve gone from little to no boobs to big boobs & I’m still getting used to moving around with them. Still feel a little like they aren’t a part of me yet if that makes any sense … I’m not fully comfortable in my own skin just yet but week by week it gets better.

Getting back into the gym well that has been difficult. At 4 weeks I started back training legs & light cardio (spin class etc) Could train legs ok, couldn’t squat with weights even on the Smith machine but with a friends help I could do various other things. I’d watched some videos about recovery on YouTube & saw girls training shoulders, arms, back within a few weeks but 2 months on I was still on tinnie tiny weights & having to stop cause my chest was twinging 🙁 Patience is key, well I’m not a patient kinda girl and certainly not ok the gym! 3 months now & it’s much better but still a process.

Everyone heals so differently & it’s hard sometimes to take a step back, accept that & allow your body to do its job.

Really useful to hear your experience! Your boobs look great! I’m getting 335cc so similar size and also anxious about getting back to the gym.. you must be slim because your boobs look bigger than 350cc!

@ashleyyy small but not very slim, he he he! I hold my weight mostly in my lower half … 5ft2 clothes size 10 64kg

Sizes come up so differently on different frames but they are def bigger than what I’d first been after … Happy tho

They suit your frame! But agree it’s funny how even same sizes look so different on people. I’m just hoping for not too big!!

Was there a reason they told you 4 weeks not to have sex or just because of all the moving around?

Was on the post op recovery care sheet & the Dr mentioned it too (may have been 6 weeks actually)

Something about avoiding manipulation of the breast or movement within the pocket / dislodging the implant

@redrosegirl Was only after a full C/D but they’ve got a mind of their own! Unders too, read somewhere that you lose some cc (like 25) by going under ??

Anyone got one nipple that’s more sensitive post op? My left nipple doesn’t perk up like the other one (have to give it a little pinch to wake it up) & it’s more tender to the touch … Not terrible but I certainly don’t let the shower go directly on it 🙂

This is interesting (I’m a lower body weight/leg day person too, did 88 squats (12 sets) the day before surgery!)

I could only have 300 HP dual plane, yours look fantastic. I’m looking at mine now and they look nothing like anyone’s on here, post-op 🙁 I’m very bloated and so swollen in the armpit area.

I am not sure I can go 4 weeks post op without sex but I won’t see my guy for two weeks – a ‘gentle jump’ was suggested at that point… lol.

I loved reading this honest post, the questions your embarrassed to ask haha! I don’t think we will be able to wait 4 weeks but I supposed as long as you aren’t moving around too much and being careful it’ll be fine! X

@storminabcup post op mine looked really odd, like I’d filled pipping bags & stuck them to my chest! 😉 A gentle jump will be needed for sure!!

@naynolanparry I’m very much a no topic is taboo kinda person 🙂 Best to be cautious & careful but we’ve all got needs

Wondering how everyone else a few months po is feeling … Boobs are squishy & dropped into a good place … Not to soft like a natural boob but getting more as time goes on

Was laying on my back in bed the other night & the boyfriend grabbed a boob & I felt slightly awkward cause that’s the position where they feel the hardest … Stuff like that but fine if I sit up … Will this still get softer you think??
