Sizes and surgeons

Hi, I’m new one here and wanted to get some advice and opinions as I’m doing as much research as I can. I’m currently a 34b and want my boobs to be as natural as possible when I get them done however I’m not too sure what size to go as don’t want to go too big or too small (biggest d) could anyone recommend sizes? And I was also recommended mr mileto and mr gianna, could anyone give me any info on these surgeons as I’m not sure who to go with🤔thanks

I didn’t have either of those surgeons, I had Mr Sleiter (he was great) I was a 36B and now I’m a 36D. I had 275cc high profile over the muscle. Results vary from person to person. I’m really happy with mine. I could have gone a bit bigger but I’m happy with a D cup

I also had Dr Sleiter like Brigitte, I thought he was fab, can’t fault him at all!

I’m 5ft, 7st and was a 32a. I had 300cc HP textured round over the muscle. I’m now a 32d which is what I told him I wanted to be when I first met him!

If you want a quite natural look they usually tell you to go for a smaller size under the muscle, but of course everyone is different and it certainly depends on how much breast tissue you already have, and the skin surrounding the breast too. I have thin skin so I’m glad I didn’t opt for bigger, I was also at risk of double bubble hence the reason I had to go over the muscle.
I am very happy with my results though.

Hi Maisie, I’m the same I was offered Giannas, Mahdi and Mileto.. I’ve ruled out Mileto as I think he does mainly bigger boobs but now stuck between Mr Mahdi and Mr Giannas – from what I can see both are brilliant. Mr Giannas does lots of complex surgery and looks great for those who are petite or wanting smaller boobs and Mr Mahdi is highly sought after .. I’m a 34A/B Size 10 on top and 12 on the bottom looking for a Full C/D so I think 325-375 x
