Sizes and surgeons

Hi, I’m new on here, Im doing as much research as I can and just wanted some advice and opinions. I’m currently a 34 b and want my boobs to look as natural as possible when I have them done. However I’m not sure what size to go and who to go with. I don’t want to go too big (biggest d) so could anyone recommend sizes with their experience? And I’ve also been recommended mr mileto and mr gianna. Could anyone tell me their experiences with these surgeons? Thanks

Hi Masie, I had Dr Sleiter. I was a deflated 36B and has 275cc high profile over the muscle and am now a 36D. They offered me 300cc as well. I went with the smaller ones because I was worried about looking too big. In hindsight I think I should have gone with the 300cc but I’m very pleased with my results. Have you had any consultations yet? My boobs are really far apart and quite defined so my surgeon recommended going over the muscle with high profile. I had enough breast tissue to have overs. Apparently partially unders are a bit more painful in recovery but all the girls I’ve seen on here have had amazing results! I’ll post some photos for you

Here are some before and after photos with and without a bra. I wish my boobs were closer together but that’s just the way my boobs are.

Hi Maisie, I was similar and started as roughly a 34b. I too wanted natural and didnt want the “stuck on” look.

I had Mr Mileto and he was beyond amazing and professional. He suggested 450cc HP unders which is what i went with in the end. Initially i panicked massively as when i was looking through mya’s insta page, barely anyone was shown to be anything over 400cc mark so i did originally think it wasnt that common and did consider reducing the CC size.
However i must say i am SO thankful i didnt go any smaller than this and if i could change anything, id actually go a little bigger. I am tall but dont have a massive frame but they seem to compliment my figure quite well. I currently wear E sized bra’s but i dont personally think my boobs look an E cup.

I am happy with the results but the only thing i wish for is more of a cleavage but i know that can never ve gauranteed and it just depends on your body.

Hey! I was a 32B size 10 also wanting a very natural look to fit my frame. My surgeon was Mr Mounir and he listened to exactly what i wanted, i ended up with 350/375cc UHP round textured unders. Im 3 weeks post op and i love them already, they suit my frame so well, not too big. Not sure what size ill measure at but i tried on a bra for the first time which was a 34D and it fit nicely 😊 top pic is before, middle is about 2 days post op and bottom is 3 weeks post op xx

Hi! I’m a 34b/c and wanting to be a D. I have a bit of breast tissue at the moment, and I am having 300cc mod+ round overs with Dr Sleiter this Saturday. He said to expect to be a D/DD. I will add you as a friend and keep you updated if you like 🙂

Hi Shauna, just wondering how tall you are? I am 5 ft 11 and have been suggested to get 450 cc unders too x
