I am over 4 weeks post op and of course have slept on my back for the past 4 weeks. The past couple of day’s I have woken up laying half on my side half on my back (hope that makes sense) I have no pain in my boobs when I wake up?

Just wanted to know if anyone had slept on there side or front before they were told they are allowed to? Before 6 weeks?

    Thank you xx

This was happing to me from about 4 weeks. Id go sleep on my back but wake up half on my side, it cant be helped if you turn while sleeping. They do say 6 weeks but i have seen people sleep on there side from 3 weeks obviously try sleep on your back as much as possible until 6 weeks but its hard when your in no pain so naturally turn to a more comfortable possition xx

My boobs are a bit side boobie so I’m scared I will change the shape of them from sleeping on my side! I’ve got my 6 week post op next weekend so at least I will officially be allowed to sleep on my side. I was always told 6 weeks by nurses xx
