    Hi !

These forums have been so helpful when I was researching everything before my op so thank you everyone!

I had my op yesterday, 325CC Moderate Plus Extra over the the muscle and feel fine just a bit achey, if I’m honest my hand hurts the most from where the drip was ?

The only thing I’m struggling with is sleeping upright, it’s not the worst thing but I love my sleep and normally sleep on my side – does anyone have any advice?

Plus how long do I have to sleep properly upright for before I can just lie flat on my back?

    Thanks in advance!

    Xx

Hiya glad your op went well ? I slept upright till about the 2 week mark it’s soo hard I know I’m a front sleeper and it was so difficult haha but yeah after about 2 weeks I lowered myself more and more every couple of days just depended how I felt in the morning If I was too low I’d wake up really sore on the morning so if I was sore I’d just go back up abit but I’m about 8 and a half weeks post op and I’ve neen sleeping back on my side since about 6 some people can sleep on their side earlier I was just getting pain so I couldn’t i think aslong as it’s not painful and you’ve got proper support and your breast isn’t pulling to one side when your on your side your alright but I’d definately wait at least a week If not more to start lowering yourself x
