I’m not a MYA patient, but I was told I could sleep on my back and sides from day 1. I slept at an angle for the first 4 nights, then I’ve managed to go onto my side, I was really struggling sleeping propped up! I’m 1wpo now and I get settled on my side with pillows underneath and behind me for support. It still feels a bit strange lying completely flat on my back x
