Sleeping on my back?

When can I start sleeping on my back? I start off sat upright and then wake up in the morning nearly laid flat lol I’m 11 days post op ???? xxxx

I noticed you had James McDiarmid as your surgeon. I am booked in for him at Plymouth Nuffield on 6th Dec. I’m a size 12 and hopefully having 460 overs. Was wondering how you found him? Hope you don’t mind me asking.

Hi Gemma! 🙂 I found him amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted and I have the most amazing boobs now, they have started the whole “drop & fluff” process and they are the best!
When I emailed his secretary a couple days after my surgery he emailed me back and not her which I thought was lovely!
Also after my surgery in the morning when he does the rounds to come and see you he was so caring, I didn’t have anyone there with me just yet and he helped me sit up made sure I was okay, just had the nicest aura about him!

My nurse gave me the go ahead to sleep on my back at 2 weeks post op 🙂 xx

@leah when I was 10 Days post op I was given the all clear to sleep on my back from the nurse xx

Thank you for your reply. That’s reassuring. I found him to be so nice at my consultation and he’s so knowledgeable, but puts you at ease straight away. Just can’t wait for my surgery! Glad your loving your results and good luck with your recovery!

Normally 2 weeks, but it changes from surgeon to surgeon. Maybe just phone them and ask, I would think definitely 2 weeks tho 🙂 x

I wAs 2 weeks then I used to wake up on my side
4 week post and I sleep in my side
