When r u allowed to sleep on your back or side?
I’m 4 weeks post op and just don’t want to damage them yet would love to sleep in more natural positions! Lol x
I think by 4 weeks you’ll be okay, as long as it doesn’t hurt, but check with your PC or nurse if you’re worried. I’ve been sleeping flat for a week or so, and slightly inclined into a pillow at my side for the past week and I’m 3 weeks today xx
