Sleeping question!

I’m now 4 weeks post op and was just wondering if anyone is back to sleeping on their side yet or do we have to sleep on our backs for the six weeks of wearing a sports bra?

I don’t think we are meant to until 6 weeks, but I find it so comfy 🙁 it’s so hard not to! Xx

Hi I was told I was allowed to sleep on my back and sides at 3 weeks po which was two weeks ago nearly…. funny used to sleep on back pre op now I sleep on my sides. Think it’s the pain it caused having to sleep on your back caused me to never wana sleep on it again lol
Ask your nurse as everyone gets told different as there surgeons all have different rules for patients xx

Yeah I keep going to sleep on my back and waking up on my side! But yeah I think I’ll deffo ask my nurse!
