Small black dots

Hi

I was just looking at my boobs in the mirror, I’m 4 weeks post op. Ive noticed I’ve noticed 7 pin sized black dots. Has anyone experienced this? I’m worried about it. I’ll try and attach a photo xx

I’ve just called and emailed them pics. Ive no idea what they are xx

Hopefully they can call you back and reassure you xx
