Smooth or textured?

Hi, has anyone got textured implants and feel they are quite firm? What are they like physically as I feel like I’m so undecided on the two and want what’s going to mimic a natural breast the most! I’ve heard there’s no different to the way they feel/look but then also heard textured are firmer and don’t move as much? I’m very flat chested and worried round texture are going to look and feel really fake but would be willing to get the teardrop (which are textured) if it means a more natural look xx

I have round textured dual plane…. tbh, i never realised I had textured till a few weeks ago. Mine feel natural I have to say and they do drop into a natural position too. No complaints here.
