So wonky, 12 days post op, any hope? One sagging and one bottoming out!

Hi ladies, hoping for some advice please!
I’m 12 days post op, seeing the nurse the day after tomorrow!

My breasts were very asymmetrical before, my left was bigger (a C) but sagging and the right was just a tiny triangle A cup.

Now they kinda look the same as before but just bigger, the left seems to just be sagging into the crease and the right just looks like a huge triangle and I definitely feel as if it’s bottoming out, it’s sitting so much lower on my rib cage and the scar is riding really high.

Is it possible a crease form in the right?

I know it’s early days and I really hope they’ll magically just sort themselves out but they look so alien from each other I really can’t see how!

Anyone had a similar situation?

I was told you have to treat them as 2 separate ops… especially as you’ve had different size implants in them.
What size implants did you have in both?
The bigger implant may just be taking longer to drop into its pocket.
It can take up to a year for them to settle, and you usually see what your results will be like around 3 months.
You’re so early on, it’s too early to see what your results are actually going to be xxx

Also, did you have unders or overs?

I had overs, 400cc in my right one and 350 or 325 in the left (my surgeon decided size for the left during my surgery and I forgot to ask which he ended up choosing afterwards!)

I’m really hoping the dropping will sort out the droop in the left a bit too!

Hi, can I ask if you have seen any progress with you op? I have assymetrical breasts too which sound exactly like you described before your op and I’m worried surgery may just highlight it more
