Sports Bra size and make.. please help

What size sports bra do I need? I keep emailing my surgeons sec but never get a reply
I am currently at 36b told surgeon I want to be atleast a D but have no idea what size to get for straight after surgery.
I’ve been looking at the M&S and asda ones

I recommend Asda post op bra, I was a 34a and I needed a medium for the swelling and small for when the swelling goes down, I never used the small cos medium size is perfect for me. I’d say you probably need a medium too as you will need support, Asda post op bras are so comfortable and very supportive.

Thank you. The only one that zips at the front in asda that I can see online e goes in bra size not small or.medium 🙁

Hi, I’m supposed to be a D cup after surgery and was told to get a C cup sport bra/surgery bra. Hope this helps xx
