    I’m currently 2WPO and I’ve been getting a few little spots on my chest, has anyone else had this? And has anyone got any tips of how to get rid of them?

    I’ve got loads. I’ve come out in loads over my face too. I generally have really good skin, maybe the odd one, but I have a cluster either side of my cheeks and a cluster on my chest. Not sure if it’s slightly stress related too, I’ve read on here people get spots but I’m 5wpo and they seem to be increasing x

    @gemsehguh yeah my skin isn’t this bad, but my face has been fine. It’s my chest that’s come up in spots and I don’t know how to get rid of them ahah x

    My skin was terrible and so oily! Luckily it only lasted a week or so.. try using an exfoliating scrub when you shower xx

    Just a guess, but is this not because of strapping and getting sweaty ? as sweat can cause bad skin.? Are you allowed to baby wipe, if you cant bathe?

    I had a few spots on my boobs for the first couple of weeks – think this was due to the strapping being so tight and obviously not being able to wash that area with the strapping on it.

    I’m 3 weeks post op now and they have reduced but there are still the odd one but they are pretty faint now. I just been putting moisturiser on them each day and they have got better but now my skin is the opposite and dry where the spots were xx

    @kellyhalse I had my strapping taken off last Monday, but they weren’t there when the strapping got taken off.. they’ve only started to appear the last 3/4 days ago.. x

    @claire-marie
    what sort of moisturiser are you using atm? I have an appointment tomorrow so I’m going to ask them what they suggest x

    @alimarshall I’ve just been using a Nivea moisturiser and some sudaocrem cream 🙂 That’s a good idea, let me know what they suggest 🙂 xx
