Stabbing/nerve pain??

Hi I’m 5 days post op now and had very little pain for the first 2 days and still now in my right boob but my left side has now got like an awful stabbing pain on one side and is so painful to sit up/lay down. I’ve read about implants settling on a nerve so thinking it could be that but was just wondering if anyone else has had similar and how long it lasted??!
