Starting off with boobs before BA

Hey everyone so I I was just wondering if you already have boobs to start with like me I’m a large c/ small D atm just lacking the fullness at the top I want will that make my implants bigger than say if someone had a size A to start with?? I’m confused about this because if so then I won’t be so worried to have a smaller implants than I first thought x

It all depends on your height and weight as if you’re a short slim girl then you would only need a small implant to get that extra fullness at the top. However if you’re taller and more curvy then you may still need a larger implant to get that fullness. Hope that makes sense?

Hi Hun I had boobs to start with a 36c and had 600cc overs I’m now a e/f cup I’m a curvyier girl aswell size 14 and 5,5

Hey. I’m a C/D now and i’m having 395cc, high profile, partial, teardrop implants (not MYA) It all depends on the depth of your boob base so because I have quite wide boobs already I have to have a good sized implant to fill it which is what I wanted anyway so i’m happy with that. I reckon it will take me to a F cup or there abouts. I’m 5ft 6’ and a size 10/12. Hope that helps. x

@jessica I’m the exact same as you! I’m already a C/D, full at the bottom, flat at the top and Mr Traynor has offered me 250, 275 or 300cc High Profile overs. I told him I wanted be as natural as possible and remain a D/DD. He was pretty honest and said I’d be at least a DD, there’s no such thing as going up one size which to be honest, I completely understand. I lost over 3 stone a few years back and lost my boobs so I just want what suits my body now… (I’m a 8/10) only a little pert and not too obvious. I also wondered why I’d been offered such a small implant but just thought he’s the expert, I told him what I wanted and I’m not going g to question it. When I tried the implants on the 300 felt huge and I immediately discarded them. I felt happy with the 250 but since I’ve come away I’m thinking more toward the 275. I’m going to try them again to be sure but at the end of the day, he might put the 275 in anyway ! Also as I’m having over the muscle and HPs I dont need such a large implant as the projection is there and won’t be hidden underneath the muscle – does that make sense? It’s hard to find somebody else with a smaller implant but it all depends on your goal too x

I’m around 5ft 3 around 9 stone I wouldn’t say I’m skinny I have some meat on me hahah I don’t have a big gap between my boobs either mine are full at the bottom but not very full at the top I can get a good cleavage with a bra but I just want a pretty natural look and I’m looking to be around an E I suppose they can’t ganrantee you a size and I know everyone’s different as some girls have 250cc and end up with a DD some have 400cc and end up a DD as well I suppose it just depends on the person I’ll have to speak to Ms Lutz about it as she’s the expert thankyou for all your help! Xxx

Hi I’m 5ft1 and 7 stone. Petite. I was a c cup before no fullness on top and had grade 2 ptosis (sag) after second child. I had 275cc Hp round partials. I’m 9 weeks post op and can just fit into my bras from when I was pregnant which are Dd but they’re pretty tight. Going to get measured in a couple of weeks xx

Emma I read on my notes I’m a grade 2 ptosis too!! I’m not having a lift just 440cc teardrop HP I’m worried about not having a lift could I please see a picture ??

Hi ladies, I’m due to have my surgery (not with mya) in 2 weeks! I’m very excited however a little anxious about the cc size that’s been offered to me. I’m 5’3, 9.5 stone and currently a 32D/DD. I’ve been offered 340cc high profile round on top for my right boob and 375cc on the left.

Has anyone started this size and got any photos of before and after ? This would be very much appreciated and may help put my mind at rest! I don’t want to be disappointed with the size as I really would like larger boobs!

Hey! This was my exact situation I was a D/DD before but wanted fullness at the top. Got 330cc overs and now a 32G so deffo have a think about smaller implants if you don’t want huge boobs! X

Thank you so much for replying! I feel more at ease now as I definitely want fuller bigger boobs so I think I’m going with the right implants that my surgeon has advised for me!

Hi, I’ve went for my consolation last night. My sister had her boobs done last year and went for a 375cc under muscle, she previously had almost no boobs. I currently wear a 30d bra, boobs are full at the bottom so just want some volume in the top (so I don’t have to constantly wear push up bras and maybe even go bra free!!!!!) The consultant suggested a 300cc over muscle as I already have a good amount of breast tissue. I’ve been up all night looking for some before pics that look similar to mine currently and after pics and most have at least a 375cc implant. I really don’t want to regret not going bigger. I’m a size 8/10 and 9 stone. Do you think I should push for a bigger cc??

Hi @Becky, what profile implant did you have? I’m a 32D/DD and have been offered 250/275/300 HP’s over the muscle. I don’t want to go big, just replace what I lost because I’m pretty much flat at the top. Do you mind me asking your stats? x

@emma would you mind sending me a photo too I want to know why he doesn’t recommend round ones if you are bordering needing a lift , I have my heart set on round so would be interesting to see how yours are xx

I had my surgeon consultation today, I am a 34 DD naturally and wanted fullness at the top not necessarily to go bigger and I was refused surgery as my boobs are quite heavy, wjere your breasts naturally heavy to start with? X

Stacey that’s exactly what I was told although he didn’t tell me a grade he just said borderline Tbh I felt so flustered as he had tried to say he couldn’t see me after I had sat waiting for an hour, I think he was just behind schedule to get back to theatre but I begged so his PA agreed but straight away it made me feel like I was on a tight schedule not that he was rushing me. I went and see him privately and he has still quoted me the same price I was quoted over the phone so I don’t think he must charge extra if it is not through MYA . Who are you going with ? Xx

@katieb011293 my boobs are small but I have read some girls who have been refused and gone for different opinions and some surgeons have agreed xx

Iv read this too, was abit shocked and now I’m worried incase they all say the same thing! Hopefully there will be some kind of solution for me!
