Stitches

I’m 5 weeks post op today and I still have one stitch left in each incision is this normal ??

@amyrecknell2018 i have on in each scar too! they are meant to be dissolvable but they anrt going anywhere, im 6 weeks post op ! it feels like fishing wire but its not long enough to cut off myself ! xx

Nurse did cut them right down for me 3 weeks ago I just wondered why not dissolving and if normal how many weeks P.O. are you xx

yeah she did me to she used this metal thing and said oo I can see some of your stitches so she trimmed them but I can still feel them! they feel really sharp , I googled it and a lady pulled hers out with the tweezers but a long bit of stitch came out so I dernt do that! , im going back for my 6 week check in 4 weeks because they couldn’t fit me in so hopefully it will be gone by then? !@amyrecknell2018 xx

Ahh hopefully I’m Back there next week for my 6week check so I’ll see what she says xx
