Stockings

Hi all,

I just come out surgery and was told to always wear the stockings they gave me through recovery!! I dont get why though!!

Cause you are going to be in bed not moving about as much it helps with circulation & reduce the risk of blood clots babe. I was only to wear them for a week xx
