Strapping is off!! 7DPO

So today was the day for my strapping to come off. It didn’t hurt only coming across the nipples, it was just such a relief not to be so tight anymore!!

All I can say is I love them so much. I know they still have loads of changes to go through, but so far so good!

Nurse said incisions look good and no infection like I kept thinking. Also barely any bruising, which is definitely thanks to arnica tablets, I highly recommend taking them.

I’m allowed to shower now yay! Still sleeping upright for the next week but after that on to my back until my next appointment.

Yay looking good bet your happy now has most of the pain gone now the strapping off? Is that why I feel so tight in mine because the strapping ?cant wait for Monday when mines off lol glad your ok xx

@donnamarie I have no pain now! Only my nipples are really sore and tender but that’s it. It’s definitely the strapping that’s hurting you Hun, horrible stuff lol, but it does its job :). Good luck for Monday! Xx

Bless ya :)) least that parts over…now the exciting times of change to look forward too … ohh did you!? Great, yeah I had to ring emergency nun at transform in London and the bloke said it’s normal should be gone in 3 months and my pc said it’s normal and that as long as don’t get feverish, swollen or more pain than usual then it’s fine and will eventually go when body absorbs it, But it’s so uncomfortable and makes my stomach turn!!! Happened every second of every min I move today :(( getting me down xxx

@hannah awww thanks Hun that’s reassuring this pain will be gone Monday keep doing what u did and picking at the strapping lol I think I’ve unrolled about inch off the top lol can’t wait for Monday stupid me chose half four appointment so Gota wait most if tommrow now lol hope your heeling well bet u feel on top of the world today after a nice bath lol xx

@donnamarie I picked at the cleavage, but it always seemed to stick itself back down lol! Oh no, you don’t think about the time when you book it tho! Yeah literally spent about half hour in the shower this morning hahaha! Only excuse to not have the stupid sports bra on lol. How you doing today? xx

@hannah lol max poked a hole through my strapping so I could see a cleavage the hole is a lot bigger now tho lol and yeah feeling whole lot better been out and about today it’s been hardworking tho especially the freezer section where I’m so cold my muscles are contracting so had to sit in the car after that apart from that ok lol bet that was the best shower in what feels like ages the only good thing about the strapping is u don’t have to wear a bra with it so I have left mine off at times now the strapping is peeling off I’ve decided to start wearing it all the time now glad to hear your doing ok xx

They look amazing hannah i bet you are so pleased especially to get the strapping off! Only 1dpo an i cant wait to get it off already luckily i have it on when im 5dpo! I cant imagine them doing any dropping at all when its this tight did they look how yoy expected when the strapping came off? Also i forgot to buy some arnica might order some now off of amazon for it to come tomorrow do you think it would help or is it abit late for me to start at 2dpo? Xx

@lauraj1987 thanks Laura! Yeah I’m so pleased, that strapping was getting so itchy and uncomfortable. I even slept better last night even tho I was still upright.

I expected them to be so bruised with the pain I was having but I literally think it was the strapping causing all the pain!!

Not sure if it’s worth taking them now, it won’t harm you tho. But I did start taking mine 7 days before the op xx

Yhhh because of the uplift… still need to wait for the nipples to heal i reckon.

Im feeling good, already been up and out a few times but every so often I feel dizzy and weak… maybe still going too much.
How about you?

Just ordered some its worth a try only a fiver. Glad you are feeling much better from having the strapping off i cant waiy to see mine. Its rubbish having to wait after you have had them done lol. So far i have been ok really but i just hope i dont wake up one morning an feel like i have been hit by a bus! Was your pain managable then came on worse at any point xx

@lauraj1987 it’s long isn’t it! But just think the strapping is doing them good right now, they are healing and you’re at less risk of knocking them badly. TBH I did feel worse on day 2/3 but from then on I was ok xx

@reanneh yeah def, how are your nipples feeling? I’m really good ATM, get the odd twinge but nothing worth taking pain killers for. Been shopping and to the hairdressers so feeling more human lol xx

They feel okay its only my left boob thats the painful one but like you said nothing to take pain killers for. X
