Successful refunds…?

Hey, has anyone had a successful refund? I’m pretty sick of poor customer service so far. That and along side other factors is making me realise I should have gone elsewhere. I’ve paid in full back on 13th January. Original saw surgeon on 7th December and paid the deposit. WAS due to have surgery on 13th March but surgeon unavailable now.

Hello, did you manage to et your deposit back? I was informed that the surgeon was unhappy to operate prior to my surgery and the co-ord said I should let them hold on to my deposit if I could go ahead at another time I’ve now tried to get my deposit back and I’m being given all sorts of reasons as to why I can’t have it back but I still feel that the reasons are breaching contract? Any advice greatly appreciated

Hi Danielle, various things went on with my personal case and in the end I stuck with MYA and I had my op in July. I’m over the moon with the results and my surgeon did an amazing job.

When it comes to payments it’s the admin side in Harrogate I believe you need to speak to. This is where they sort the money matters out from what I can gather. Always worth speaking to the branch manger also instead of the PC’s as you get a bit more info and cooperation.

Are you happy with your boobies? do you mind uploading some photos? iv had the same op but booked in for revision as i had wound separation and been left with awful scars and theyve sagged my skin so bad. would just be nice to see how yours are. Im booked in tomorrow for 400 extra high profile overs. so hoping they wont look majorly fake. Thanks xxxx
